A customer in Minnesota was looking for solutions to create a more accessible and durable surface for the waterfront portion and boat ramp portion of his property. Both the 2" geocell and the 4" geocell were used in different portions of this project.
Waterfront Surface Erosion - 2" Geocell
The 2" geocell was used in this particular area to help control erosion and hold the native soil in place, especially during heavy rains.
Boat Ramp Portion: 4" Geocell
On this wet and soft ground, it was necessary to create a stable surface that could withstand the weight of vehicles and boats. The benefits obtained with this project are long-term stability and quick installation.
